Bug Description
I had a working Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 8.1 dual boot system on Lenovo Ideapad P500 touch.
After upgrading to Windows 10, grub had issues identifying correct boot partition. I tried to re-install grub but it failed. I couldn't restore Ubuntu 14.04 ever since.
I am now trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS or even a fresh start will be ok. but installation fails due to failure of "grub-install"
