force update 14.04 to 16.04 with LiveCD error

Bug Description

Upgrade by LiveCD form 14.04 to 16.04, Why I need type new user name, it's upgrade, so i click cancel.

but I can't login in my 14.04, (initramfs)

so I using live cd, force install not format mount `/ to /` and `home to home`, then get this error.

I saw the UEFI warming. that's all.

You are trying to install in EFI mode to a disk that is not partitioned for it, and chose to ignore the warning suggesting a bios mode install.

Changed in grub-installer (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
