can't install grub

can't install grub. secureboot disabled, legacy enabled (and disabled), previous versions of lubuntu not working either.

It appears that your installation medium is corrupt; you will need to recreate it and may want to verity it using the "check disc" option at the boot menu. From your logs:

Problem went away when I used different iso to USB creator.
