Bug Description

Installer generates error code on attempting to install a bootloader into the old boot partition on a drive where the root partition is encrypted. The boot partition is on the same drive, but is not encrypted.

You chose to install grub to the encrypted partition. You need to install it to /dev/sda.

Changed in grub-installer (Ubuntu):
