Bug Description

Not skilled enough to give you details other than I'm trying to install Ubuntu 15.10 on a SSD. I have root on the SSD and /boot on a HDD. This works in 14.04, figured it would be the same for 15.10. Install was going fine until it hit grub-installer. After that it told me it couldn't install it on that drive. It gave me the option to pick another but each one I tried it wouldn't proceed.
