Bug Description

Partitioner created multiple unusable partitions then crashed.
 "Disks" utility appears unable to remedy the error.

A NEW UBUNTU user may be convinced that his/her hardware is damaged as this error remains after a reboot.

 Using Intel Controller Defined RAID0.
 selected btrfs during install.
