Bug Description

When the default "Install alongside windows boot manager" option is unchecked and manual paritioning is done via "something else" option in the ubuntu installer. There is no way to easily select the existing efi parition as the grub install location.

If no selection is made Ubuntu should default to installing along side existing EFI partitions (probably if there are multiple on disk in all of them). Instead of failing at grub installation.
