Quotation marks given in additional options are not seen in rsync output

If you add e.g.
--exclude "System Volume Information"
in Additional options field, it is shown as
--exclude System Volume Information
in Rsync output, thus making copying the command to e.g. a script dangerous.

Yes, but the bug is present at least in Precise and Trusty that are not expired.
