qmon fails to display icons:

The .xpm files do exist in /usr/share/gridengine/pixmaps.

It is possible to get the interface to find them if you create symbolic links without the .xpm extension ( eg: ln -s toolbar_job.xpm toolbar_job ) AND then start qmon from this directory ( cd /usr/share/gridengine/pixmaps && qmon ).
