Bug Description
Ubuntu version: Bionic
Package version: 1.25.0-1
`grib_ls` command from `libgrib-api-tools` crashes when trying to read a grib file.
Below is the command output:
```
$ grib_ls -w level=50 -l 46.675,0.125,1 ARPEGE_
GRIB_API ERROR : Unable to find boot.def. Context path=/usr/
/build/
Aborted (core dumped)
```
Tried with many distinct files from MeteoFrance available here:
<https:/
This tool, with the same files, works well on a Debian distribution (Debian GNU/Linux 9.6 (stretch), package version: 1.19.0-1).
The bug seems very similar to this one:
<https:/ /bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 882995>
But according to original Debian maintenair's answer, should have been fixed in 1.24.0-3 (in Debian repositories)
