Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 dev with grep 2.20-4.1 and if grep encounters a file which waits for input grep will block (for example normally on executing "grep -r '' /proc"). Maybe grep can detect such files and skip them or at least provide an option for skipping them.
