Bug Description

Failed to purge when finishing up the distribution upgrade to the freshly released ubuntu/xubuntu is the only other information that I really got. Was upgrading to 18.04.1 LTS.

I was able to work around this bug by manually downloading the libcdt5 package and installing it with dpkg.
