Bug Description
When I login to unity, graphthing works fine. If I am using a non-unity environment like classic gnome, the menu does not appear and I cannot use any of the options (like to call a prefab graph, check the colouring numbers, save etc).

I think more than the application itself, the problems with the incompatibility of the two interfaces gnome and unity should be
dealt with. There does not appear any attempt in that direction.
