Bug Description

tested on Ubuntu 19.10 eoan

Package gqrx-sdr has dependency to "libgnuradio-digital3.7.13" but on execution gqrx throws
"gqrx: error while loading shared libraries: libgnuradio-digital.so.3.7.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Therefore dependency needed by program are others then the package is configured with.
