Bug Description

1. Gqrx fails during runtime:

nusch@XPS13:~$ gqrx
gqrx: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_date_time.so.1.55.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

2. Apt shows library is installed in newer version:
nusch@XPS13:~$ LANG="en" apt-cache policy libboost-date-time-dev
libboost-date-time-dev:
  Installed: 1.58.0.0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.58.0.0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.58.0.0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://pl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ wily/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3. But no particular version is required by package gqrx-sdr, it's probably indirect dependency:
nusch@XPS13:~$ LANG="en" apt-cache depends gqrx-sdr
gqrx-sdr
