This package is FTBFS with Boost 1.88, which is blocking its migration from 0.7.0-3.2build2 to 0.7.0-3.3

This FTBFS is related to Boost 1.88 breaking changes. This patch fixes the FTBFS on arm64 and arm64v3. The other architectures remain unbuildable due to uninstallable dependencies (libosl-dev).
