Bug Description

Binary package hint: gpointing-device-settings

gpointing-device-settings seems to be the only tool to really configure trackpoints and touchpads for Thinkpads, but the settings are not permanent, they neither survive a reboot nor a suspend.
Lenovo X120e with Ubuntu 11.4 switched to XFCE (there is no native XFE tool that has the same functionality only a severely crippled subset)
