Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
On first login, my pointing devices (laptop touchpad and apple magic pad when I enable bluetooth) are disabled. I need to use the keyboard to launch "Pointing devices" and then tab to the "Disable touchpad" option - check and then uncheck it and my devices work again. Note, the "Disable touchpad" checkbox is *not* checked when the devices are first disabled.

Hmm, I'm not familiar with the dialog you're referring to. How did you get to it? I checked the Mouse dialog but there is no "Disable touchpad" checkbox option.
Does this happen every time you log in, or did it occur just the one time?
You mentioned having bluetooth enabled. Does it not occur when bluetooth is not enabled?
