Bug Description

When I use MouseImp/DragToScroll on Windows and drag upwards, I push the page upwards allowing me to go down (dragging). This to me is a lot more intuitive than the current functionality of dragging upwards to go up. There should be a natural scrolling/reverse checkbox option for the vertical scroll. Adding this on the next version would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
