Bug Description

1) open a big picture with gpicview
2) click the 1:1 zoom button in the lower icon toolbar
3) try to explore the picture by dragging it with the mouse (pressing and holding left click)
Result in image always displaying the initial upper left area (not refreshing image dragging) not consistent with the scrollbars that are indicating successful dragging.

This bug does not occur if (+) zoom button is pressed until the image size reaches 1:1 approx, the image is dragged fine.
