Bug Description

I did the upgrade to Xubuntu 15.04. a couple of days ago. Now when I play an animated gif with gpicview 0.2.4 I get a static picture for a couple of seconds followed by a 0,5s interuption by a second picture. Try the example gif provided.

The GIF frame changes if the image is zoomed in or out, but becomes as I stop zooming it
