man of gphoto2 says '-q' works as '--quiet', but it doesn't

gphoto2 2.5.3
Man says that 'q and --quiet are the same:
man gphoto2 | grep quiet
-q, --quiet
gphoto2 -q
-> shows usage (because doesn't recognize '-q')
gphoto2 --quiet
-> silent
