second hdd is not available under partition manager

Bug Description
During installation process the partition manager offers to chose from both installed drives (for automatic partitionig), but manual partitioning doesnt offer the second drive to chose from.
Second problem, the gui of the partition manager is garbled. This can be fixed by clicking on the window, thus forcing the window to repaint.
