Inaccessable FAT partitions

Bug Description

FAT Partions created using gparted are inaccessable from windows... not sure
why... if you need info shout

I think I know why - it seems gparted sets partition type (id) to Linux (id=83)
to all newly created partitions :(
Please run 'fdisk -l /dev/yourdiskdevice' and paste the output there with
comments, which partition is FAT, created with gparted.
If I'm right, then you should change subject of this bugreport to "gparted sets
partition type (id) to Linux (id=83) to all newly created partitions"
I try to reproduce this bug when I do the backup of my hard disk :)

Ubuntu Dapper now has gparted 0.0.9 - do you still have the issue?
