Bug Description

Binary package hint: gpaint

The current gpaint icons looks pretty bad and it doesn't fit very well with rest of the desktop, besides its an old XPM image, and it doesnt offers scalability as SVG format. I'm not an icon artist, but I've modified a couple of icons and created 3 blueprints for a new gpaint icon.
