Binary package hint: googleearth-package

Currently, installing googleearth-package does nothing visible to the user. Most users will assume that Google Earth is now installed. Some will realize that this package is only an intermediary step, but will not know how to create the package. No user-visible icon or any sort of feedback is provided about how to create the package. (And opening a terminal and typing "googleearth" and attempting tab completion to find the command necessary will fail.)

After installing this package, the Google Earth package should be built and installed automatically. Feedback should be provided to the user during this potentially lengthy process.

Expected results:
Google Earth is installed as a result of installing this package via the Software Center.

Actual results:
Nothing user visible is installed. A hunt through the files installed via this package, a trip to the terminal, and a separate package install are required.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 'googleearth-package' via the Software Center.
2. Wonder where the Google Earth icon is, and hunt for 15 minutes.
3. Give up in frustration with a poor opinion of Ubuntu.
