No way to add certification files

When using a network proxy or using an additional external web dictionary, the proxy or web dictionary may need certification authentication. There is not way to add certification files or the goldendict doesn't search certification files from ubuntu system. The web dictionary or the proxy reports SSLErrors.

The following is the message when I'm using goagent as the http proxy.
