I want to sync to be able to use the positional command feature available.

I've tested the current package and it doesn't break backwards and goget-ubuntu-touch
is the only consumer for this, more so, this only provides build depends so nothing
would break from landing this.

This Debian changelog could do with more content. What upstream changes
are in this version?

Broken builds are still broken, so I don't buy that last clause I'm
afraid. That's to say that you still need to check compatibility, which
you said you did, so thanks for that.
