The current lego package as part of 22.04LTS is version v4.1.3. This particular build is approaching two years old and is missing DNS provider support for Infoblox. Requesting the package be updated to a more modern release. Infoblox support was added in v4.4.0, with the latest release as of today being v4.9.0.
