Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Temporarily allow SHA1 certs in test cases only to fix tests with Go 1.18

  This change has been superseded by "Regenerate certs with SHA256 to fix test with Go 1.18+".

  * Add myself to the list of Uploaders
  * debian/gbp.conf: Set debian-branch to debian/sid for DEP-14 conformance
