Bug Description
On attempting to install golang-1.18, I get the following error message:

Manual inspection of the .deb indicates that '/usr/share/

I get the same error on Ubuntu Jammy 22.02. And in any golang-src package I tried (1.13, 1.17, 1.18 and 1.21)
This is something of a show stopper since I wanted to upgrade from focal to jammy for an go application server. Now I can't meaning I will have to revert to the last vm image with running focal
