Bug Description

Trying to generate an image with u-d-f for amd64 I got this error:

sudo ubuntu-device-flash --verbose core rolling --output /tmp/snappy-test/image/snappy-rolling-edge-latest.img --channel edge --developer-mode

Even if this happens to be a problem in the servers, the client should handle this better with retries.
