Bug Description

The following command fails on wily host:
$ sudo ubuntu-emulator create --channel=ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/ubuntu --arch=i386 devel-proposed.x86

$ ls -l ./.local/share/ubuntu-emulator/devel-proposed.x86/sdcard.img
-rw-r--r-- 1 root jamie 1670447616 Jul 7 11:52 ./.local/share/ubuntu-emulator/devel-proposed.x86/sdcard.img

It is owned by root. I guess udf dropped privileges before chwoning that file.
