not accept --revision parameter

Bug Description

distribution: trusty
ubuntu-device-flash revision: 0.4+15.04.20141113-0ubuntu1
command tested: ubuntu-device-flash touch --revision=24 --channel=ubuntu-touch/vivid-proposed --wipe --bootstrap --developer-mode --password=1111

Expect result:
it start to flash revision 24 from the channel specified to device

Current result:
it show error message "unknown flag `revision'" and die.

I have encountered the same problem, the --revision not work for me.

That make this a less priority issue since work around exists.
