Bug Description

OS: Ubuntu 16.04

Problem:
Mangled library names will fail if they exceed 200 characters.

Cause:
The MAX_NAME_LEN constant is too short (referencing upstream bug[1] #764791).

Solution:
Per feedback in that thread, this patch increases the value from 200 to 2048.
