Please sync gobby 0.4.12-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu delta got applied upstream. LP: #421312 of ubuntu1
in 0.4.10, the other issues in 0.4.12.

Note that I have per-package upload permissions for gobby.

gobby (0.4.11-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Adjusted the watch file to detect two digit minor numbers.
  * Drop patches applied upstream and drop the patch system.
  * Move gobby-dbg to section `debug'.
  * Switch to debhelper 7.
