Needs to generate a POT translation template on build

Binary package hint: gobby

Gobby needs to create a translation template during the build process, so it can be uploaded to Launchpad Translations and translators can do their work.

Here is an attempt to fix this problem:

in debian/rules, instead of „dh_installdirs” we should use „dh_installdirs -A”

I have attached the rules file.

Could someone take a look at Adi's proposed fix? Do you need it to be submitted as a patch/branch?

Gobby has now been moved to universe, thus it will no longer be translatable in Launchpad.

Therefore, I'm marking the translations task as Invalid. We can reopen it if Gobby's maintenance status allows it to be promoted back to main.
