after the focal to groovy update, the gpg migration is stuck, no progress, and gpg running at 100%.

Thanks, setting as rls-ff-notfixing since we don't even have the 78 serie on focal yet. Also assigning to Olivier who said would have a look for the Groovy serie (but we don't believe it's a rls issue at this point since there was only one report so far)

I've tested the GPG import wizard a few times, including doing a full dist upgrade from focal to groovy in a VM, and have never seen it stuck as described.

Let's keep the bug open and see if others hit it and can provide further insights to help reproduce.

Not sure if it's the same setup, but I'm getting it stuck at times when running gpg inside a groovy schroot of a focal host, although might be unrelated.
