Bug Description
I wanted to report following bug:
I had imported all nessecary keys before executing the "apt-get update" command. While doing that, I got thrown out a loot of missing keys. When I tryed to import the "missing" keys, I had recieved the "not changed" message by every key I wanted to import after the "NOPUBKEY" message
