Bug Description
The testcase required a confirmation that gnumeric could open a help manual after pressing the f1 key. Insteat an error window opened up indicating that the help browser could not open because a program named (yelp) was missing. I have attached a pciture of the error message to this bug report. I believe a manual that instructs the user on how to use gnumeric was suppose to display.

The program yelp had to be manually installed. After installation, a help browser window did open but it could not find any documentation. The title of the window read, "Document not found", "The URI ‘ghelp:gnumeric’ does not point to a valid page".
These were the packages installed on Lubuntu 15.04 32bit on hardware "https:/ /gist.github. com/anonymous/ 444ba57fcc9ac05 a60da"
