  * patches/03-tests.patch: Drop unnecessary (?) patch.
  * Improve README.source.
  * test-dh-gnulib-patch, patches/00-gnulib-tool-version: Fuzz patches.
  * Include .gnulib-tool.py for python-based gnulib-tool.
  * Shorten version number.  Closes: #1069268.
