Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnuit

I tried to rebase interactively and I picked "sick" instead of "s" for a commit. The error message is the following:

muelli@xbox:~/vcs/gnome/gnome-games$ git rebase -i HEAD^^
Unknown command: sick 24a0486 squash
Please fix this in the file /home/muelli/vcs/gnome/gnome-games/.git/rebase-merge/git-rebase-todo.
muelli@xbox:~/vcs/gnome/gnome-games$

I fixed it in the file and now what?
I don't consider it a good user experience if a program leaves me in the dark. I have expected it to tell me what to do in order to get the rebase done.
