Bug Description

Installing the gnucash-docs don't install the gnome help files used by the application.
Simptoms:
Pressing F1 on gnucash open's a yelp window with the text:
The URI ‘ghelp:gnucash-help’ does not point to a valid page

Downloading and rebuilding the package shows that after a build the directory
obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/share/gnome/help/gnucash-help/C only contains a empty figures folder
Same with
obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/share/gnome/help/gnucash-guide/C only contains a empty figures folder

mi knowledge of debian build is very limited so downloaded the upstream source from github and used cmake to build it.
To make the gnome help files it needs a make ghelp
list of commands in source directory
--
mkdir build && cd build
cmake ../
make ghelp
sudo make install
--
This creates the files in /usr/local/share/gnome/help and solves the problem

The problem reaches down to version 4.8 at least and occurs in gnucash-docs_4.11-1_all
