Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnubiff
since about 2 weeks, the gnubiff icon appears at random positions, instead of using the
settings defined in the config file. All the other settings are correctly taken into account,
although I didn't notice any version change.
My display manager is fvwm, but it doesn't seem to be involved, as everything else works
normally.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Can you confirm if this is still an issue in bionic or later, please?
