Bug Description

gnubg 0.12-4 has a Help -> Commands menu option that when selected opens a unresizable window that's taller than the screen

gnubg 0.12-4 has a Help -> Commands menu option that when selected opens a unresizable window that's taller than the screen. The window manager's close icon is off the top of the screen and the OK button is missing off the bottom. A knowledgable user knows to right-click on the window border and select Move or Close but a novice is stuck since the window's modal and gnubg is unresponsive in its main window.

Edgy received an update to version 0.14
Since gutsy the version is 0.15
I tried it on gutsy and there it is OK
Can the Status not be changed to Fix Released or does this upstream bug need to be backported to dapper ?
