Bug Description

$ gnss-sdr --version
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what(): rpcmanager: Aggregator not in use, and a rpc booter is already registered
Aborted (core dumped)

It worked when I used all packages from lunar-proposed, so this might not be a "real" bug after all. I'm retrying the migration test with all-proposed=1

Tests for armhf, amd64 and ppc64el passed already. Tests for arm64 and s390x are still in the (very large) queue and I have no idea when they will start.

this happens when two gnuradio versions of the library are around. Ideally the package should break all the old gnuradio versions.
