mouse scrolling not working in gnote note

Since 13.10 I notice that mouse-wheel scrolling is not working in Gnote Note-view.
You have to drag the scrollbar, which is quite a nuisance

BTW mouse-wheel scrolling is working in the All Notes overview

Maybe this was caused by setting Keyboard Input method system setting to `none`

I returned that to default and it's OK now
