When restoring from hibernate, GnomeICU does not reconnect to ICQ

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnomeicu
Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request.
In Ubuntu 8.10, when I put my machine into Hibernate via (laptop Power Button) -> Hibernate, or through the (power icon) -> Hibernate, the machine successfully powers down (most of the time).
Even if I am logged into ICQ using the GnomeICU client before going into hibernate, when I log back in I have to manually reconnect.
My "Connect to server on startup" option (in the Connections tab) is selected.
