Bug Description
I was copying a file from an SMB share to my desktop - the first attempt failed because my wireless
network crapped out - so on the second attempt, I chose "Replace" since the partial file was still
there, and shortly thereafter, the crash occurred. Not sure it was related, but that is what I was
doing at the time.
