Bug Description
There seem to be a whole stream of related problems about symlinked folders over
sftp. They all seem to be caused by a single bug though: nautilus doesn't
properly recognise the symlinks to be folders.
Symptoms of this include:
* the sidebar tree view will not show heirarchies involving symlinks unless each
link has been queried explicitly (such as by right-clicking on the icon.)
* the main display tree view (the list view one) will not allow symlinks to
folder to be expanded.
* an error box telling you that you can't open a folder, because "The filename
"audio" indicates that this file is of type "x-special/
the file indicate that the file is of type "folder". If you open this file, the
file might present a security risk to your system." appears occasionally,
although I can't pinpoint the exact circumstance.
